The following Conservation requirements of the Planning Department shall be complied with: a) The applicant shall submit 1:10 details of the roof junction between the historic coach house and the two-storey extension showing the eaves height of the new extension reduced to be lower than the eaves height of the historic coach house, in order to protect the historic roof line of the coach house. These drawings shall be submitted to and agreed in writing prior to the commencement of development.
