2. The following amendments shall be made to the side extension: a) The front elevation of the extension shall incorporate a brick finish type treatment to match the existing dwelling in colour and materials used. b) The external entrance set back from the front elevation serving the side extension as shown on the proposed ground floor plan on Drawing No. VA-02 shall be omitted in order that the only access to the ancillary accommodation from the front of the property shall be internally via the principal accommodation. c) The side extension shall project no further forward than the existing front porch. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of visual and residential amenity.
