3. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority to show the following amendments. a) The depth of the single storey rear extension shall be reduced to no more than 5.5 meters to the rear of the existing building line. Reason: To protect the amenities of the adjoining properties.
