8. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: d) Prior to the commencement of development details of the materials proposed in public areas is required and shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council and agreed in detail with the Road Maintenance Division. All costs associated with such works shall be to DCC requirements and at the applicant’s expense. Reason: In the interests of orderly development.
