The proposed development will comprise: -Removal of existing escalator between ground floor, mezzanine and first floor levels and associated works; -Removal of ramped access at ground floor level to be replaced by a disabled access lift from lower ground floor level to upper ground floor level; -Removal of double doors to the front facade and replacement with shopfront window; -Installation of partitions to provide changing rooms at ground floor level; -Installation of partition to provide additional storage space at second floor level; -Installation of partition to provide additional storage space at fourth floor level; -Removal of internal glazed wall panel and instatement of masonry wall in stairwell at mezzanine level; -Upgrading of building services including new energy efficient heating and cooling systems; -Refurbishment of windows to front facade and other general repair and conversation works; -All associated works and infrastructure to facilitate the development.
