6. The proposed rear extension shall be modified as follows: a) The single storey element of the extension shall have a maximum height of 3.2 metres above ground level. b) The first floor element of the extension shall have a maximum length of 5.5 metres as measured from the rear elevation of the main house and shall be set back a minimum of 1.2 metres from the northern boundary of the site. c) The first floor element of the extension shall have a maximum height of 5.5 metres. Prior to the commencement of development the applicant shall submit, for the written agreement of the planning authority, dimensioned plan and elevation drawings at a scale of not less than 1:200 complying with the above requirements. Reason: To safeguard the amenities of adjoining properties.
