4. The materials and finishes to the proposed feature glazed structure shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of development. Reason: Having regard to the provisions of North Lotts & Grand Canal Planning Scheme section 5.4.8 Design, Materials & External Finishes and to ensure a quality public domain for this new local street in compliance with Fig. 26 of the Planning Scheme.
