EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Interior repair and restoration works to the church. 1. Localised repointing to stonework in the interior of the bell tower. 2. Repair and repainting of the louvres in the bell tower. 3. Localised repair of a roof flashing to address a leak in the stairwell. 4. Repair of vestry roof to address leaks. 5. Repainting of the church interior. 6. Replacement of floor vinyl in the vestry. 7. Restoration of the stained-glass windows including removal of the external protective PVC sheeting. 8. Restoration and cleaning of the existing pews. 9. Restoration and cleaning of the existing timber flooring in the nave. 10. Restoration and cleaning of the existing mosaic floor tiles in the nave.
