2. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The new single storey extension to the side shall be a maximum of 5m in length and shall be directly adjacent to the kitchen/dining room only. b) The proposed extension from the living room and the associated ope shall be omitted and the external wall maintained in its current location. c) The proposed ope between the living room area and the dining/kitchen room shall be centred and equal nibs maintained on either side of the ope d) The opening from the dining/kitchen to the rear garden shall be a maximum width of 3.5m The modifications set out above shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority prior to commencement of development. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity and to ensure that the integrity of this protected structure is maintained.
