The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section of Dublin City Council: a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: x. A detailed conservation methodology for all brick repair work including cleaning and repointing to the protected structure. Reason: In order to protect the original fabric, character and integrity of the Protected Structure and to ensure that the proposed works are carried out in accordance with best conservation practice.
