6. Prior to the commencement of works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information to the Conservation Officer for their written agreement: c) All original boundary walls and shall be repaired in accordance with the submitted outline specification and methodology. New interventions shall be devised to match existing original details. A full drawing survey including photographic record of existing historic boundary walls and a detailed schedule of repair and reinstatement works to the original walls should be provided. A method statement for the raking out and re-pointing of the stonework and associated repair details are to be provided. Details of the historic stone coursing, sizes of stone as well as mortar colour are to be provided. Full details of any proposed new element, such as toothing-in and repair work that shall be required shall be submitted. All new elements will match remnants of the historic wall. Samples of all masonry details to be recorded and submitted to the Conservation Officer for approval. On receipt of this information the Conservation Officer shall be given the opportunity to inspect the masonry repairs prior to construction works commencing on site.
