3. The following conservation requirements shall be complied with in the development: d) All repair of original fabric shall be scheduled and carried out by appropriately experienced conservators of historic fabric. In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information to the planning authority for written approval: Detailed condition assessments, repair specifications and methodologies (including site exemplars) for: i. Cleaning of all internal historic surfaces. Including confirmation, that herringbone floor is a later addition. ii. Cleaning of all external historic surfaces iii. Detailed drawings at an appropriate scale describing the interface / junctions of all M&E installations and adjacent historic fabric. Note: On submission of the above information the planning authority’s Conservation Officer shall be given the opportunity to inspect all relevant site exemplars on site.
