EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The schedule of the works is summarised in brief herewith: a. Re-slating of pitched roofs, to include the main roof, the side and mortuary chapels. b. Re-flashing of the pitched roofs, to include e.g., valleys, gutters, outlets, soakers, abutments etc. c. Thermal upgrade of the pitched roofs. d. Structural repair works to roof timbers, to include e.g., rafter, wall plates, purlins, trusses etc. e. Remedial works to stone parapets, capping stones and barge stones. f. Re-cladding of flat roofs, to include the main side aisles and the mortuary chapel porch. g. Re-flashing of flat roofs, to include parapet walls, valleys, outlets, abutments etc. h. Thermal upgrade of the flat roofs. i. Renewal of existing lightning protection. j. Repair and redecoration of existing rainwater goods. k. Re-instatement of cast-iron cresting to nave roof.
