Description

2. The development shall be reduced to two floors overall by the omission of the third storey in its entirety. The permitted building as amended shall have a flat roof. Revised plans and particulars detailing these alterations and any internal modifications shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with the planning authority, prior to commencement of development. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity.
