3. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority to show the following amendments: a) The first floor en-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 shall be omitted. The extension at first floor level shall not extend further than 4 metres to the rear of the existing building line. b) The first floor glazed window on the west gable elevation (over the void area) shall be fitted with obscure glazing and permanently maintained as such Reason: To protect the amenities of the adjoining properties.
