2. The proposed development shall be amended as follows: (iv) the two proposed external bin stores shall be relocated away from the children’s playground, towards the vehicular entrance serving the basement ramp and with suitable screening. (v) 87 number bicycle parking spaces shall be provided within the site. Details of the layout, marking demarcation and security provisions for these spaces shall be agreed in writing with the planning authority. The above amendments shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the planning authority prior to commencement of development. All revised apartments shall comply with the provisions of the Sustainable Urban Housing: Design Standards for New Apartments Guidelines for Planning Authorities (2018). Reason: In the interests of residential and visual amenity.
