3. The following amendments shall be made: a) The full length glazed panel linking the converted garage with the main dwelling on the front elevation shall be replaced with a window, with a cill height matching that of new front ope, with a brick finish beneath the window to match the existing finish on the front elevation of the dwelling. The aforementioned cill heights may be raised to match those of the existing front bay windows as required. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of visual and residential amenity.
