9. The developer shall comply with the following archaeological requirements: (f) The developer shall retain a suitably qualified archaeologist and/or built heritage specialist to make a full record of Twilfit house prior to demolition to a standard agreed in writing with the planning authority. Reason: In the interest of preserving or preserving by record archaeological material likely to be damaged or destroyed in the course of development.
