4. The following conditions of the Drainage Division to be complied with: a) The developer shall comply with the Greater Dublin Regional Code of Practice for Drainage Works Version 6.0 (available from www.dublincity.ie Forms and Downloads). b) The drainage for the proposed development shall be designed on a completely separate foul and surface water system. c) The Developer’s submission includes a proposal to construct a soakaway as part of this development. Prior to the commencement of construction, the Developer shall confirm to Drainage Division that the proposed soakaway has been designed in accordance with BRE Digest 365 and CIRIA C753. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division within 6 months of a grant of permission. d) Any new paving of driveways or other grassed areas shall be carried out in a sustainable manner so that there is no increase in storm water run-off to the drainage network as per the Dublin City Development Plan 2016-2022. e) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. f) The developer shall comply with all the conditions relating to surface water management of the previous grant of permission, ref no: 3510/20, particularly condition 6 (iv) - A flood risk assessment shall be submitted in writing to the Drainage Division within 6 months of a grant of permission. g) All private drainage such as, downpipes, gullies, manholes, armstrong junctions, etc. are to be located within the final site boundary. Private drains should not pass through property they do not serve. Reason: In order to ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
