6. The following requirements of the Council’s Conservation Department shall be complied with: e) Site exemplars for the cleaning for the building shall be agreed on site with the Conservation Officer prior to cleaning works commencing. The applicant shall submit details of five recent examples of specialist cleaning works carried out by the proposed contractor on protected structures of similar architectural significance in Dublin and associated references to ensure that the contractor has the requisite expertise for these works.
