Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: It is proposed that previously granted application ref 2363/08, be partially reinstated. Under the proposal, the removal of the existing roof, previously substantially reconstructed, and the construction of a new roof effectively concealed behind the existing parapet, incorporating an attic storey with dormer windows to go ahead. Basement and ground floor to remain as existing. Currently roof is in a state of disrepair.
