6. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council; b) Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall contact the Traffic Advisory Group (TAG) in Dublin City Council to ascertain their requirements regarding modifications proposed to the existing indented lay-by on Oliver Bond Street, including extended kerb, alterations to pay and display scheme, road markings and relocation of stop sign pole, in order to facilitate the new uncontrolled pedestrian crossing. All works shall be provided at the applicant’s expense and it should be noted that a fee applies for the removal of a Pay and Display permit parking bay. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
