Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: permission is sought for change of use from its current use of offices to a childcare facility, the construction of a new 143m2 part two-storey part one-storey extension to the rear, and refurbishment of the existing 254m2 three-storey with mezzanine semi-detached building, removal of external stone staircase to the rear, partial removal of stone wall at rear to create opening for circulation to new extension.
