4. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section of Dublin City Council: a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: viii. The solar panels on the rear (west) pitch of the main roof shall all be positioned below the line of the west face of the chimney stack. Details of the design, layout and mounting of the solar panels, together with a methodology for fixing same, shall be submitted for the written agreement of the panning authority. Reason: In order to protect the original fabric, character and integrity of the Protected Structure and to ensure that the proposed works are carried out in accordance with best conservation practice.
