22. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be strictly adhered to: (c) The applicant shall undertake to implement the measures outlined in the Further Information Response Report prepared by Downey Planning. This shall include the submission of a car parking management plan that indicates how spaces (including crèche drop-off) will be assigned and segregated by use and how use of the car parking will be continually managed.
