Description

EXPP: The development will include the replacement of the existing roof which needs to be replaced. The roof profile will be raised slightly to incorporate and maximise daylight in the rear of the building. The proposed roof will be not be higher than the boundary wall height on both sides. The roof will introduce high level windows that will be placed at a 1 metre set-back from the boundary. The footprint of the current building will not change.
