3. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority to show the following amendment: a) The first floor extension shall be reduced by circa 1.5metres so it extends no more than 4.5 metres to the rear building line. Reason: To protect the amenities of the adjoining properties.
