2. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, to show the following amendments: a) The subdivision between laundry room and shower room at entrance/rear garden level across the chimneybreast is not supported. The full legibility of the chimneybreast should be retained and therefore the proposed partition shall be omitted. b) At first floor level, the proposed subdivision between walk-in wardrobe and en-suite is acceptable, however, the ensuite should be reconfigured, relocating the shower away from the chimneybreast, possibly putting the tub in that location, which would allow for greater legibility of the historic floor plan. Reason: To protect the fabric, character and integrity of this protected structure.
