3. The proposed development shall be amended as follows: a) The window at first floor level to the side (north-east facing) elevation shall be permanently fitted with opaque glazing. b) The window at first floor level to the side (south-west facing) elevation shall be a fixed window and shall be permanently fitted with opaque glazing. c) The proposed bicycle storage shall be set-back by a minimum of 1m from the front boundary to provide a landscaped strip planted with screening hedging. d) The proposed bicycle and bin storage structures shall have a maximum height of 1.4m. Prior to the commencement of development, revised plans, sections and elevations shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority Reason: in the interests of the residential and visual amenity of the area.
