3. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall have obtained the written agreement of the planning authority to the following items. The applicant is advised to consult with the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council prior to lodging a proposal for formal agreement. (a) A Surface Water Management Plan, including drawings and a report. The Surface Water Management Plan shall comply with the guidance in Appendix 13 of the Dublin City Development Plan 2022 – 2028. (b) Proposals for the use of natural SuDS features as part of the management of surface water run-off. The proposals should comply with the guidance in Appendix 12 of the Dublin City Development Plan 2022 – 2028. Reason: To prevent excess surface water run-off into the public water system, and to implement natural SuDs solutions in accordance with the City Development Plan.
