Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission for changes to a protected structure (RPS Ref. 1210). It is proposed that previously granted application, 2363/08, be partially reinstated. Under the proposal the removal of the existing roof, previously substantially reconstructed, and the construction of a new roof effectively concealed behind the existing parapet, incorporating an attic storey with dormer windows to go ahead. Basement and ground floor to remain as existing. Currently roof is in a state of disrepair.
