2. The development shall be revised as follows: a. The proposed signage at fascia level above the entrance to Abbey Court shall be comprised of individually pin-mounted lettering and logo, composed of brushed stainless steel or equivalent material. b. The individual lettering should have a maximum height of 60cm and be positioned centrally within the fascia. c. Any illumination of the lettering should be discreet, such as via rear/backlit lighting for the lettering. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
