Description

EXPP: Refurbishment and 2 storey extension to the side of a two storey terrace house at 26 Stephens Road, Inchicore, Dublin 8. The proposed development will consist of the demolition at ground floor of existing single storey shed to the side and provision of a 2 storey side extension with hipped pitched roof to house a bedroom/home office at ground floor and bedroom at first floor of 36m2. (Total Area 112m2). The proposed development will also consist of general remedial works to the ground and first floor layouts including removal of internal walls, renovation of existing single storey rear bathroom extension to house a new utility room and relocation of kitchen at ground, relocation of existing stairs to access first floor new bedroom to the side and associated site works.
