Description

4. Prior to commencement of the use hereby permitted, a scheme for the effective control of fumes and odours from the premises shall be submitted to the planning authority and written agreement obtained. The scheme shall be implemented before the use commences and thereafter permanently maintained. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of both the immediate neighbours and the general surroundings.
