2. The following requirements of Transportation Planning shall be adhered to: b) Within one month of the date of this decision, a revised Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including traffic management, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of construction/demolition waste. A detailed construction traffic management plan outlining traffic management measures to minimise the impact on Harold’s Cross Road including pedestrians and cyclists shall be provided.
