2. Prior to commencement of development revised drawings shall be submitted to the planning authority and written agreement obtained in relation to the following: a) The omission of the proposed external revisions described in the submission as ‘new external railings and seating area at ground floor level to front of 34 College Green’. b) Associated detailed drawings, specification and methodology for all signage and light fittings proposed to the front of the building, if revisions are required further to the omission of the external alterations described as ‘new external railings and seating area at ground floor level to front of 34 College Green’. Reason: To protect the fabric, character and integrity of this protected structure.
