11. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: g) Prior to the commencement of development all works proposed on the public road in particular to Mayor Street Upper and New Wapping Street, shall be subject to written agreement and approval from the Environment and Transportation Department. Any works to the existing public road and the public realm including removal of car parking, loading bays/set down areas and road and footpath modifications, signage shall be carried out at the applicant’s expense at no cost to Dublin City Council and to the detailed requirements of the Environment and Transportation Department. Reason: In the interests of orderly development.
