Permission at a site (c. 0.25Ha) at No. 78 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2 and otherwise generally bounded by Benson Street to the west, Chapman Walk to the east, Sir John Rogerson's Quay to the north and Jessop Lane to the south.
