3. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Planning Authority: a) The proposed dormer/first floor extension shall have a render finish externally to match the gable of the existing house. b) The rear elevation of the proposed dormer/first floor extension shall incorporate a blind window or other similar architectural feature. c) The proposed first floor bathroom window on the western gable of the house shall be permanently glazed with obscure glass. Prior to the commencement of development the applicant shall submit, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, revised elevation drawings complying with the above requirements. Reason: To protect the visual and residential amenity of the area.
