Description

6. Prior to commencement of development, and on the appointment of a contractor, a Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including traffic management, noise management measures, off-site disposal of construction/demolition waste and access arrangements for labour, plant and materials, including the location of plant and machinery compounds. Reason: In the interest of orderly development and to protect residential amenity.
