Description

EXPP: Application seeks declaration that internal works to the basement of the building do not require planning permission. The proposed works will introduce additional amenities to Beaux Lane House offices with shower, toilet and changing facilities at basement level. This will result in the loss of two parking spaces. The additional amenities are internal and there is no external works to the building. They can only be utilised by occupiers of the office building and are only accessible internally.
