EXT. OF DURATION: The development will consist of the demolition of existing two-storey public house 'The Addison Lodge' and two-storey with attic accommodation dwelling to the east known as 'Glasnevin Lodge' and all ancillary outbuildings to provide for a new mixed-residential scheme consisting of houses and apartments, comprising (i) construction of 19 no. dwellings with basement level car parking (2 no. four-bedroom, three-storey semi-detached; 15 no. four-bedroom, three-storey over basement terraced and 2 no. three-bedroom, two-storey over basement end-of-terrace). The dwellings will be provided with private amenity space comprising rear garden, in addition to which 17 no. dwellings will contain a second floor level terrace to the front elevations; (ii) construction of a four-storey apartment building consisting of 12 no. apartment units (1 no. one-bedroom and 11 no. two-bedroom) with private terraces / balconies; and; (iii) the application also includes car parking at basement level comprising 47 no. car parking spaces (accessed via ramp from Botanic Road; bin storage and bicycle parking area; provision of communal open space area; reconfiguration of existing footpath along Botanic Road and provision of 7 no. on-street car parking spaces; reposition existing street lighting; hard and soft landscaping to include tree planting and paving; upgrade to existing boundary treatments; SuDS drainage and all ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the development.
