The development will consist of alterations to approved development (Prev Reg Ref: 2150/19 ) consisting of the provision of a fire escape stairs serving all floors, provision of a fire exit corridor at ground floor level, alterations to existing shopfront to provide a fire exit door to match existing shopfront, removal of 5 previously approved bedrooms to accommodate the new fire stairs.
