5. The following conditions of the Planning Conservation Division to be complied with: a. The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: i. A methodology addressing all elements of the works to the roof including the repair of the chimneystacks, parapet walls, all rainwater goods including downpipes and the reinstatement of the roof including ridge tiles. This should include all proposed materials to be used, ensuring these are in line with best conservation practice. All specified lead codes should follow the requirements of the Lead Sheet Association with regard to historic structures. The proposed slate to be used to supplement any shortfalls in salvaged slate is to be provided.
