Description

3. The construction of the development shall be managed in accordance with a Construction Management Plan, which shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. The plan shall include: (a) details of intended construction practice for the development, including noise management measures and off-site disposal of construction/demolition waste, and (b) a Construction Traffic Management Plan, which shall be prepared taking account of the Transport Infrastructure Ireland ‘Code of engineering practice for works on, near, or adjacent the Luas light rail system’, demonstrating that there shall be no adverse impact on the operation and safety of all Luas infrastructure. Reason: In the interest of public safety and residential amenity.
