3. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority to show the following amendments: a) The first floor extension shall be cut back from 7.6 metres long to 4.5 metres long. b) The floor to ceiling height of the first floor extension shall be reduced to 2.4 metres high, which will result in an overall reduction in the height of the extension externally, by circa 370mm. c) The roof profile of the first floor extension shall be amended from a flat roof to a hipped roof which should harmonise with the adjoining properties. d) The gable window at first floor level to the bathroom shall be fitted with obscure glazing only. Reason: To protect the amenities of the adjoining properties.
