Description

EXPP: The proposed development will consist of a change of use of existing fourth floor level from office (Use class 3) to a business training centre. Works will include the removal of two internal partition walls; removing an internal room (meeting room) and kitchenette, suite 14, level 4 to not exceed 50 persons - as per existing fire certificate.
