3. The development shall incorporate the following amendments: a) The jerkinhead roof shall be omitted in its entirety and shall be replaced by a hipped pitched roof side dormer with its ridge set down a minimum of 100mm below the main ridge and set in from both side ridges so as to sit fully inside the existing side roof plane. This side dormer shall have an obscure glazed window on its front/west face. b) The two no. front rooflights shall be omitted in their entirety. c) The rear dormer shall be reduced in width to not exceed an external width of two metres with the dormer contained fully within the plane of the existing roof. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings:- Reason: In the interests of orderly development, visual amenity and to comply with Development Plan policy, in particular Appendix 18.4.0.
