Description

13. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be strictly adhered to: (c) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a main contractor, a Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including traffic management, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of construction/demolition waste. The traffic management plan shall specifically have regard to cumulative construction traffic impacts along with site access arrangements and impact on pedestrian movement. A construction mobility management plan shall be provided.
