8. The following requirements of the Council’s Conservation Department shall be complied with: h) The Applicant is requested to submit the following information for the written approval of the Planning Authority in advance of the respective works commencing: x. Schedule of all existing historic printing equipment cross-referenced with the updated photographic record, with a description (date, manufacturer, function), and a numbered plan layout indicating the current, albeit non-original, location of all equipment and a method statement for the careful removal/storage/relocation of the historic printing equipment. (If such a schedule already exists, the applicant is requested to submit it, so it can be appended to the record documents of this application. Reason: To ensure that the character and integrity of the protected structure is maintained and that the proposed works are carried out in accordance with good conservation practice with no unauthorised or unnecessary damage or loss of historic building fabric.
